Biography
Ramin Kordi (MD,PhD) is working as an associate professor of spine and sports medicine at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Dr Kordi's clinical interests include minimally invasive and non-surgical management of patients with spinal pain especially professional athletes. Dr Kordi has recently finished an Interventional Spine visiting fellowship program at Stanford University, US. He is director of the Sports Medicine Research Centre at Tehran University and president of the Sports and Exercise Medicine Society of Iran. Dr Kordi also serves as Vice president of the Iranian national board of Sports Medicine. Dr Kordi has edited more than ten books and eighty peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, and also serves as the associate editor of Asian Journal of Sports Medicine.
