Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is the degeneration of spine and disc in the neck, edges of vertebrae develops small and rough areas of bone called osteophytes. Risk factors of cervical spondylolysis are genetic factors, neck injuries, being overweight and inactive. Paralysis, Pulmonary embolism, Dysphagia are the complication developed by cervical spondylolysis.  It can be treated by NSAIDs, spine surgery or by the life style changes. Around 85 percent of people around the age of 60 are affected.
